Tim Sloan

Born in Billings Montana in 1940, Tim Sloan made his home on the Monterey Peninsula in 1968 and recently moved to the Sacramento area. After graduating from the University of Utah in 1965, he served in the Peace Corps until 1968 working in Ecuador on a crafts development and marketing project with local weavers. Sloan became a member of the Carmel Art Association in 1987. Working in pastel, watercolor and oils, Sloan also creates in a wide range of subject matter–figures, landscapes and seascapes.
