Sarah Healey

Sarah Healey grew up on Partington Ridge in Big Sur. The daughter of explorer/Maya archaeologist Giles Greville Healey and British artist Sheila Healey, Sarah’s life was entwined with artists and writers from birth. Sarah attended West Sussex College of Design and Sir John Cass College, London. Sarah creates color abstractions of the magnificent, ever-shifting sea views and landscapes that surround her home. Daily hikes up in the mountains provide further inspiration. Her attention to the weight and mass of the land and the vastness of the ocean and sky reveals her passion for and deep connection to Big Sur.
