Guenevere is forever young—her youthful nature guides her art, leading her to subjects that highlight pleasure and fun. She loves bright, cheerful colors--a critical element in all of her work, and she chooses subjects that allow her to indulge in saturated hues. Through her color choices, Guenevere seeks to convey vibrancy and inspire delight. She combines a mature and patient hyperrealist style with her playful and energetic subjects, giving her work a strong presence that attracts one's eye.
Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Guenevere's only goal when looking at career choices was art. She graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco with a BFA in Studio Painting. Ever since has been pursuing a full time career as a painter. She has received several honors including an artist residency at Jentel in Banner, Wyoming, as well as several awards in regional and local group shows. In 2015, she became a member of the International Guild of Realism.
Guenevere has a YouTube blog to share her inspirations and thoughts from her studio.
